"Parandzem: The Queen of Armenia" portrays the life, battle and death of one the most amazing queens of all times. At a young age she was a beautiful, smart and yet somewhat naive woman, who became strong, courageous and sometimes even cruel as life taught her to be a powerful leader. After Persian king Shapour imprisoned the Armenian king Arshak II and general Mamikonian, Parandzem alone defended the country from Persian invasion for 14 months and met an untimely demise.
