Snap Science Teaching Framework Year 3 provides sequenced lesson plans and high-quality resource sheets for every topic in the new Programme of Study. The materials have been developed with scientific enquiry at the heart and all lessons are stimulated by a question for children to answer, scientific phenomenon to investigate or problem to solve.

Snap Science supports best practice in primary science teaching and teacher assessment. It comprises of two main elements for each year group:
- A printed Teaching Framework with sequenced lesson plans for every topic in the new Programme of Study.
- An online resource kit with a flexible planning tool, editable lesson plans, integrated assets for every lesson (including videos, animations and slideshows), as well as support for assessing and tracking children's progress.
