LESTER F. GOODCHILD is associate professor of education and coordinator of the Higher Education and Adult Studies Program in the College of Education at the University of Denver. KATHY E. GREEN is professor of educational psychology in the College of Education at the University of Denver. ELINOR L. KATZ is associate professor of education and dean of the College of Education at the University of Denver. RAYMOND C. KLUEVER is associate professor emeritus of educational psychology in the College of Education at the University of Denver.
