Author: Beren, Peter
Gary Crabbe started Enlightened Images in 1993. His client and publication credits currently include among others, the National Geographic Society, The New York Times, Forbes Magazine, The North Face, Sunset, L.L. Bean, Subaru, Miramar Productions, Mirabella, Brown Trout Publishers, The Nature Conservancy, The Carnegie Museum of Natural History, and pro-bono work for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the International Committee of Lawyers for Tibet. His fine art photographic prints and murals are included in both private and corporate collections, and have been exhibited in numerous locations throughout the Bay Area. Gary currently resides in Pleasant Hill, California, just outside San Francisco.

Peter Beren is co-author of The Writers Legal Companion and editor of California the Beautiful, Vintage San Francisco, and Hidden Napa Valley. Formerly Publisher of Sierra Club Books and founding Publisher of VIA Books, he lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, Susan McConnell, a publishing professional.
