David L. Hudson Jr. is a First Amendment Scholar with the First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt University. He teaches First Amendment classes at the Nashville School of Law and Vanderbilt Law School. He is a First Amendment contributing editor to the American Bar Association's Preview of United States Supreme Court Cases. He is the author or co-author of more than thirty-five books, including "Let the Students Speak!
