A bilingual book for children ages 1-7 years. The book can be read in French and then flipped over and read in English with both stories meeting in the middle. This book teaches about winter and the Christmas holidays. The 2 children with their dog travel to France to stay with their grandparents for Christmas. They discover what the French have for breakfast and how they celebrate Christmas. They also go shopping for ingrediants and make a French Christmas cake. The children worry that Father Christmas won't know where to find them, but when midnight comes he does manage to find them and they open their presents.
