Focl ir Manainnis-Gaeilge is a bilingual dictionary aimed at Irish speakers interested in learning Manx Gaelic. Its 19,000+ entries provide broad coverage of the modern Manx Gaelic language as found in literature, news articles, and online in social media. Although Irish and Manx Gaelic are closely-related languages, a number of words have diverged in meaning, and these "false friends" are marked prominently in the dictionary as an aid to learners. A selection of the most common words not having a cognate in Irish are marked as well, as these tend to cause particular difficulty for Irish speakers.
