Entonces se supo que era virgen y el obispo de la regi n la perdon . De regreso a Espa a fue recibida por el rey, que respet su grado militar y le autoriz a usar un nombre y atuendos masculino y el mism simo Papa le perdon su cambio de identidad sexual. Tras estas aventuras regres a Am rica, esta vez a M xico, abri un negocio y vivi con identidad masculina hasta su muerte.
