Leading is the act of lead certain groups of people towards a common goal, where one of those involved was chosen to target a certain number of individuals up to the proposed objective. In the case of Christian leadership and bearing in mind that when it comes to directing souls to heaven, responsibility becomes extremely superior to any other form of leadership, since the duty of the leader will be to try by all means to prevent any of the sheep from Christ's flock will get lost during the journey. Thus, it is essential that whoever come to assume a certain responsibility is really able to exercise such a function or you risk hurting, injuring, breaking, straying or even kill Christ's sheep.
