Daniel Owen is a Brooklyn-based writer and member of the Ugly Duckling Presse editorial collective. He is the author of the chapbooks Authentic Other Landscape (Diez, 2013) and Up in the Empty Ferries (Third Floor Apartment Presse, 2016). His writing has appeared in Where Eagles Dare, Elderly, Lana Turner, The Brooklyn Rail and elsewhere. He is a graduate of the MFA program in creative writing at Long Island University (Brooklyn).
