This practical application of the standard classificatin Uniformat II, for construction budgets is based on experience of the author who counts more than 1000 projects of construction representing several million dollars. It describes a useful organized approach in the elaboration of a budget. This approach will improve not only the exactitude of the budget but will also increase, as a management tool, the cost control of projects. it will result from it, a project's budget organized and detailed which will support the intentions of the owner as for the criteria of design and the costs.

Le présent guide d'application de la norme Uniformat II pour les budgets de construction est basé sur l'expérience de l'auteur qui compte à son actif plus de 100 projets de construction représentant plusieurs millions de dollars. Il décrit une approche organisé utile dans l'élaboration d'un devi s estimatif. Cette approche améliorera non seulement l'exactitude du budget mais augmentera également son utilité comme outil de gestion de projet pour le contrôle des coûs.
