Ernest s'amuse aux commandes de son cerf-volant quand celui-ci se retrouve coinc entre les branches d'un arbre. Au m me moment, un bruit fracassant se fait entendre... Curieux de savoir ce qui s'est pass , Ernest grimpe au sommet d'une montagne abrupte. Il est tellement effray par ce qu'il voit qu'il a se cache. Mais peu peu, il se rend compte que la cr ature qu'il croyait tre un monstre a plut t besoin d'aide. Tous deux parviennent se comprendre et s'entraider, si bien qu' la fin, ils deviennent amis.

Ernest is flying his kite when it gets stuck in a tree. At the same moment, there's a flash in the sky, followed by a loud crash.
