Avec l'aide de Chat-Blabla, l'instructeur de l'école, et aux côtés d'oncle Maurice qui croit qu'il est en train de renouveler son permis de conduire, Méchant Minou apprend quelles sont les qualités d'un vrai chat et se voit obligé de faire quelques remises en question...
