This book examines the personality of the Prophet Muhammad and the psychological basis of perceptions of the personality of the Prophet. It also questions its own methods by asking to what extent the data of a Western-based branch of science can be compatible with Islamic understanding. It critiques the mythification of the Prophet's personality and questions why people attribute superhuman qualities to him. Beyond all this, this book tries to answer who is called a healthy/normal person and a sick person in the Islamic sense.
