Have you ever woken up one and said to yourself, I want to try something new today? For me, mother of three and loving wife, this is a constant question. Sometimes, my curiosity and conviction to follow through with some of my off-the-wall ideas gets me into peculiar situations. In this story, due to my silly jealousy of my daughters youth group leader, I find myself registering for a 5K. This is a race that I am far from being prepared for or in shape to run.
