Terry Nation (1930 1997) was a writer for "Doctor Who". He was best known as the creator of the Daleks and Blake s 7. He also created the 1970s post-Holocaust drama serial "Survivors". He was born in Wales and died of emphysema in Los Angeles. In later "Doctor Who" television stories he has been credited as the creator of the Daleks in on-screen credits.

Elisabeth Sladen (1946 2011) was an English actress best known for her role as Sarah Jane Smith in the British television series "Doctor Who". She was a regular cast member from 1973 to 1976, alongside both Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker, and reprised the role many times in subsequent decades, both on "Doctor Who" and its spin-off "The Sarah Jane Adventures".

Tom Baker is best known as the fourth incarnation of the Doctor. Baker acted in repertory theaters around Britain until the late 1960s, when he joined up with the National Theatre. He was working as a laborer at a building site when he landed the role of the main character in the popular, long-running British television series "Doctor Who", which brought him international fame and popularity.
