Mark Hanna began his education in macrobiotics in 1978, and for twenty years, studied throughout North America. Through his travels, he began cooking at macrobiotic centers, yoga retreats, Buddhist retreats, natural food caf?s, and restaurants, developing a creative approach to the normally austere macrobiotic cuisine.
