PRODUCT TYPE Paperback (Paperback)

Description
Shaanjh Bati means evening light ... I used to write poems in my childhood, and now when my youth is over I have started writing poems again. As I am an Indian, especially from a Bengali family, I got married early. At that time women used to spend all their time either in kitchen or doing other household work. At that time men were very dominating and women did not get any respect or love from their husbands and other family members. So almost every woman suffered from depression and loneliness. I dedicate my poems to all those women who did not get the respect they deserved in their family. Who lost their love, lost everything and lead a very painful life. They wanted to come out in the open, under the full moon, in the blue sky and lighten their mind for some time. They wanted to get out of their life but saw no way where they can go. They asked themselves - who will take their responsibility. My poems are for these respectful women who have suffered a lot of pain. Who are eager to know the green world but most of them are put in an old house, where sun does not come, moon feels shy to peep through their window, there is no romance, no love, but only a great struggle - life. As this is my first book, I seek apology from all my readers for the mistakes that I might have done.
