Samuel B. Bacharach (New York, NY) is the McKelvey-Grant professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior at Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. In the past he has chaired the Department of Organizational Behavior and is currently director of Cornell's New York City-based Institute for Workplace Studies. He has been published in several major academic journals in management, organizational behavior, and industrial relations, including Academy of Management Review, Academy of Management Journal, and Journal of Human Resource Management.
