Instilling integrity in the processes in place in this critical government entity to ensure that accurate information is provided to Congress. The information presented by this entity through reports that have been requested from Congress leaves much to be desired. In the past predictions of the impact of legislative proposals has been way off from the real impact regarding the costs of specific proposals. Congress needs to take the information as factual information is not a part of any reports generated and should not be used in making decisions about legislative proposals.
