The operations of this organization regarding integrity principles appear to be nonexistent. The decisions that have been made in the past appear to have been more political rather than based on facts. Decisions made in the past have had drastic impact on the economy and us as individuals. This organization needs to be examined in its entirety as to the processes in place and on what information decisions are made. It is important to be protective of our environment but it is also important to weigh the impact of any decisions and whether significant improvement can be accomplished. Evaluating the operations of this department is critical to have a safe environment but also one that is favorable to businesses by not causing increased costs which are not justified.
