Vietnamese Course of Study instructors utilizing pedagogical methods do not meet their learner's needs. This project demonstrates that a textbook and a workshop demonstrating andragogical methods would enhance the learner's experience. Initial interviews were conducted with Vietnamese instructors to determine their needs. Survey questions were placed into the textbook to analyze whether the information helped instructors prepare classes that met their Adult Learner's needs. Instructors were surveyed after the workshop to test if this extra step was necessary. The surveys indicated significant change in the instructors' attitudes toward the adult learner which prompted them to alter their teaching methods
