A witch conjures a demon for her coven in a small Texas town. The later discovery of a raped teenage girl, barely alive, prompts Sheriff Yates, to call for assistance of Texas Ranger Streeton. They are joined by Psychologist Quinn as they try to unravel the mysterious case of serial rape and ritualistic murder. The demon seems real, but the lawmen are undeterred. Can they survive the wrath of the witch and the demon and bring the guilty to justice?
