Economics is a subject taught in the Arts section of schools and colleges but the curriculum is old-fashioned. The theories that were propounded many decades ago are irrelevant to the present practices of the trading community. This book is written in Konkani in Kannada script and therefore only a few people belonging to the Gowda Saraswath Brahman community can read and understand what is written.
