Marriage is beautiful-and baffling to many couples at the same time. It's like opening a box of 5000-piece jigsaw puzzle with much excitement and enthusiasm initially, organizing and discovering pieces that fit; then interest starts to dwindle as the going gets tough, followed by frustrations, only to finally give up and put it away altogether-neglected and unfinished. . If that sounds painfully familiar, know that you are not alone or the only one to feel lost, wondering if there is more to marriage than just setting up a family, raising up children, and going through the daily grind like every other couple. . Do you believe your marriage, however ordinary and imperfect, has the potential to be different and able to impact others? We certainly do, though it did not seem obvious or likely when we first started out. As we learned to allow God to shape our relationship and ultimately our marriage, despite weaknesses and failures, we began to see Him at work little by little as He put the pieces in their places to accomplish His divine purpose in our lives together and individually.
