Paul began his fire service journey in 1995. He is a retired lieutenant for the City of Bryan (OH) Fire Department and continues to instruct for the Bryan Regional Training Academy. He is an FDIC keynoter, classroom presenter, and HOT instructor. He is an instructor for On Scene Training Associates and a national speaker.
