Lin, Hong
Hong Lin received her B.S. in 1987 from the Department of Chemistry, Tsinghua University, China. In 1996, she earned his Ph.D. degree from Department of Applied Chemistry, School of Engineering, Nagoya University, Japan. She had been assistant professor in Institute for Chemical Research, Kyoto University, Japan, and Research Scientist in AIST kansai, Japan. He moved to Tsinghua University in 2004. She is currently an associated professor in Department of Material Science and Engineering, vice director of New Energy Materials Research Center, and vice director of the State Key Laboratory of New Ceramics and Fine Processing. Hong Lin is leading a research group, focusing their interest on the application of nano-materials in the field of new energy resources including dye-sensitized solar cells, photo/electrolysis of water for hydrogen generation and composite electrolytes, as well as the key issues therein such as structural design and preparation of fine nano-materials, surfacial and interfacial chemistry of nano-materials, photochemistry and electrochemistry of nano-materials, and so on.
