Editor: Bose, Meena
Meena Bose is director of the Peter S. Kalikow Center for the Study of the American Presidency, Peter S. Kalikow Chair in Presidential Studies, and Professor of Political Science at Hofstra University. She received her PhD in 1996 from Princeton University. Dr. Bose teaches courses on the American Presidency, Presidential Leadership and Policy Making, and American Politics. She is the author or editor of several volumes in presidency studies and American politics. She taught for six years at the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Kenneth Jost is author of Supreme Court Yearbook and Supreme Court A to Z (both CQ Press) and the blog Jost on Justice (http: //jostonjustice.blogspot.com). An honors graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown Law School, Jost has covered legal affairs as a reporter, editor, and columnist for more than fifty years. He is a contributing writer for CQ Researcher; his reports over a two-decade career included two previews of newly inaugurated presidents: The Bush Presidency (January 2001) and The Obama Presidency (January 2009). Jost was a member of the CQ Researcher teams recognized for health reporting by the Society of Professional Journalists and for legal affairs reporting by the American Bar Association. He teaches media law at Georgetown Law School.
