This book is a collection of the thesis published in many events hosted by the Texas Council for the Promotion of China's Peaceful Reunification. The Overseas Chinese World Conference for Promoting Peaceful Reunification of China is a conference that promotes Chinese reunification between mainland China and Taiwan. The event has been held in many cities including Houston Texas, United States. The event was formed by several hundred Chinese community organizations in Texas, representing Chinese expatriates and Chinese Americans from different regions including Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and South East Asia. Since its establishment as a non-government, non-profit, community based organization, it has focused on developing and supporting its member organizations. The book is not only to foster and facilitate peaceful dialogue amongst the communities and organizations for the peaceful reunification of China, but also to encourage economic and cultural exchanges between United States and China and to promote international peace and security. This book also plays an important role in uniting and partnering with like-minded international organizations for various philanthropic activities as well as conciliatory forums through cross-border cooperation and dialogue. It is published under the auspices of Southern News Group based in Houston, Texas, United States.
