She fell on the bed mumbling, "Sameer.... Sameer....." he started pulling out the ornaments stuck under her body.

Vasudha gathered all her strength and blurted out, "Aalambh." Her eyes widened in terror laden surprise when she said again, "Aalambh."

But what is the meaning of 'Aalambh'? Why was Vasudha saying it again and again?
