The management, those are really interested in good performance of their company shall install latest machines with appropriate technology, provide good raw materials, appoint well educated and skilled employees by paying higher salaries. However, some perform well and others fail in the competition. Management blames the employees for this failure and might remove some, whereas employees say it was poor management without proper planning. Management feels that by producing more, they can reduce the cost per piece, but they fail as they cannot sell in the flooded market. When the company is running at a loss, employees feel it is not safe to continue there. If both management and employees stop blaming each other and work together willingly with a heart to achieve the common goal of improving the company, that company can never make a loss. This is referred to as Work Quality Management. I am trying to give concepts of Work Quality management in this book in simple Kannada language I hope people shall read, understand and try to implement in their routine works.
