Zakir and Sengkuttavan work for the same software company in San Francisco, California, and shares an apartment. Zakir is in love with Lucy. On Valentine's Day, Zakir plans to visit his lover, Lucy. On the way he receives a call from his girlfriend's number, and on the other side, he hears Lucy's voice. Everything turns topsy-turvy after he hears her voice. The mysterious incident demands a police investigation and pulls everyone involved with him into the eye of the storm. Lost in the calamities, the San Francisco police are desperate to unravel the truth and also resolve the serial killing cases that are ubiquitous in the city.

Adding to the horror, the other part of the story revolves around Police Officer Paul Harris who nabs a drunk-and-drive culprit, Martin Sams. The initial investigation seems to be simple case but when he was interrogated, it leads to unexpected turns and shackles his life.

In the first track of the story, Vaidhehi, a middle-class family girl, is motivated by a stranger to make a clandestine visit to Hong Kong to get 'Hong Kong Eyes' and repay her mortgage loan. Dreaming to start a new life, she is only left with the choice of getting 'Hong Kong Eyes' from an unknown source there. When she lands, the beautiful city slowly starts to reveal its dark and eerie side, which sends Vaidhehi shockers. Did she recover from her unforeseen perils? Could she return to Chennai as promised?

In another track of the story, Jayakodi, a famous millionaire and director, sends two detectives, Saran and Venilla, on a mission to confirm the background of his daughter's groom in Hong Kong.
