Description
COPD is a disease that attacks breathing, causing those who suffer from it in marked deterioration in the quality of life.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD is caused by smoking or by inhalation of irritating substances that are found in the environment and enter the lungs when absorbed by the effect of breathing. Basically, COPD consists in the collapse of alveolar clusters, which, by losing their elasticity, cannot allow gas exchange and they become trapped in the alveoli.COPD is a disease that has no cure, but today there are a large number of drugs that help significantly reduce the effects of it .The purpose of this paper is to publicize my experiences on the management of COPD, since I acquired this disease due to the use of cigarettes. I hope to contribute to the well-being of those who suffer from this disease and, if possible, to obtain a better quality of life.
