A little about Bou-Bou:

When my children were quite young, my husband and I bought each of our children a little plush toy dog. Over the years, I started calling my daughter "Bou-Bou." It was an endearing nickname that conveyed love and a deep friendship.

In 2020, while going through some of the children's bins of past mementos, I came across that little plush dog. I thought he looked so adorable! It was in the summer of 2020, while at our cottage, that I had an idea to start taking pictures of this little dog and create an imaginary world where a human could interact with him. The name Bou-Bou was given, and he was brought to life. I truly believe that every adult has a child within them that wants to come out and play. I hope that "Bou-Bou & Me" brings you a childish joy as you share this book with your children.
