"Animals play a key role in the transition towards a circular economy. They valorize co-products to create healthy and nutritious food for humans. This book makes a significant contribution to this process with its review of recent research and development in the field of ruminant and monogastric feed".
Dr Leo A. den Hartog, Professor of Animal Nutrition in a Circular Economy at Wageningen University, The Netherlands, and R&D Director of Nutreco
