Cherry Meets Cereza is the first book of the Cherry and the Fairy series. In this book, Cherry comes across an unfamiliar flower while playing in her backyard. Since the flower is so different from the other flowers, she accidentally plucks the flower thinking it is a weed. After realizing that the flower was a fairy's home and that she had destroyed it, Cherry does everything she can to help the fairy. This book is a story about acknowledging our wrongdoings and correcting them by making amends with the people we have hurt as a consequence of our actions.
