"Where is my Imam?" is a children's book about the twelfth Imam, called Imam Mahdi. Shia Musilms believe that the twelfth Imam is in occultation (ghayba) and that he will return to bring peace and justice to the world.

Although he is in occulation, and we cannot see him, Shia Muslims believe that Imam Mahdi still benefits us, just as the sun is benefecial, even when it is behind a cloud.

When Maysum and Summaya arrive home from Madressa one Sunday afternoon, they have one wish:

to find their Imam and follow him. Along with their friends, they search for him in every street corner. Where will their quest lead them?

Follow the search for the 12th Imam (as) as the children begin to understand his role in our lives and how we can serve him and strive to be his true followers.
