This book may however also interest older children as it is filled full of fun activity sheets, great word searches and lovely colouring pages. Each topic begins with a lovely page full of images and the French words for the topic. Progression throughout each the topics has been carefully planned as the activities practise only a few of the new words at any one time, and gradually introduce simple sentence structures. Each topic ends with a fun word search. At the back of the book there is a snakes & ladders game, a useful French - English word list and also the answer section.
