The monograph Albania and the Albanian Question After the World War I (November 1, 1918-November 9, 1921 - International status, borders and state building) constitutes an effort to examine the political history of Albania from the end of World War I until the 9th of November 1921, when the final international status and the borders of the Albanian state were determined. In addition to the political history, the monograph meticulously covers the diplomatic handling the Albanian question at the Peace Conference in Paris up until the status and the borders were ultimately settled in principle on the 9th of November 1921.
