Laurie Anderson is one of the seminal artists of our time. Her work in performance, film, music, installation, writing, photography and sculpture has influenced a generation. Over the past 30 years, she has published six books, produced videos, films, radio pieces and scored dance and film. Most recently, she worked with the team that created the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens, and as the first-ever artist-in-residence at NASA. As she speculated in the resulting performance piece, The End of the Moon, she may also be their last. Her film Hidden Inside Mountains is currently appearing in festivals.
