Author: Udale, Jenny
Jenny Udale studied BA Fashion Textiles at the University of Brighton and MA Womenswear, with a focus on innovative printed textiles, at the Royal College of Art. Jenny successfully launched her own womenswear label after graduation.

Currently a freelance printed textile designer, she sells mainly to the UK and US market. Jenny is interested in how craft can be fused with modern technology to produce innovative textiles. She has lectured in fashion and textiles at the University of Brighton, University of Middlesex and Kingston University, and is currently pathway leader for textiles at Ravensbourne. Jenny authored Textiles and Fashion for AVA publishing and contributes to magazines on fashion textiles. She is currently working on a contemporary Knitwear book.
