A description of the basic grammatical system of the Middle Low German in the Lübecker Bibel of 1494, as edited by Gerhard Ising in Die niederdeutschen Bibelfrühdrucke (Berlin, Akademie Verlag, 1961-1971). Primary attention is focused on a synchronic analysis of the phonological structure and a taxonomic description of morphological data.
