The presented collection of studies by various authors offers a multi-level analysis of contemporary issues in "Public and Civil Service in Poland." This volume is the result of several years of research conducted at the Faculty of Law and Economics at Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa, as well as other law schools across Poland. The authors of the monograph aim to present legal and organizational solutions regarding public and civil service in Poland. The selected issues were chosen due to their social significance and practical relevance. The work concludes with de lege lata and de lege ferenda recommendations based on the research findings.
