This book provides valuable data about the weeds and invasive plants in the reclaimed areas in the Nile Delta of Egypt. In this context, this book gives a contribution to the ecology of weeds and invasive plants including their response to living and non-living factors including aspects of soil-plant relationships and plant-plant interactions (allelopathy). In addition, this book includes phytochemical analysis, antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of fifteen important plant species.
