Biostatistical analysis was carried out with Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) software to understand the significance of different signs and symptoms observed in Spondyloarthritis disease with specific geographic location to Gujarat, India. A Bioinformatics study was also carried out with investigational Dihyrofolate reductase (DHFR) inhibitors reported in Toxoplasma gondii and Lactobacillus casei using 2D- Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship (QSAR). Best scoring inhibitors from 2D-QSAR study provides new insight for designing optimized drugs to combat the disease.
