Rassmotrena dreyfovo-diffuzionaya polyarizatsiya i termogeneratsiya defektov Frenkelya v beskontaktnom elektricheskom pole i uslovie teplovogo proboya ionnykh dielektrikov. Rassmotreno statisticheskoe vzaimodeystvie elektronov i defektov, vliyanie poverkhnostnogo zaryada, razmerov mikrokristallov na izgib zon i polozhenie urovnya Fermi. Pokazana vozmozhnost' obrazovaniya kvantovoy yamy dlya dyrok v oblasti ob"emnogo zaryada v AgBr.
