Pri etom, rastvorimyy posrednik immunoregulyatornykh svoystv MSK - prostaglandin E2 konstitutivno imi ne produtsiruetsya, a trebuet parakrinnogo signala ot T-limfotsitov. Poluchennye rezul'taty pozvolyat otsenit' vozmozhnosti dal'neyshego ispol'zovaniya kul'tur MSK v kachestve kletochnogo transplantata pri patogeneticheskoy terapii rasseyannogo skleroza, usovershenstvovat' kriterii otbora patsientov i povysit' uroven' klinicheskikh i nauchnykh issledovaniy v nevrologii, immunologii, transplantologii i kletochnoy biologii.
