Present book is an outcome of research, aim to genetic improvement of Grasspea through mutagenesis in four plant generation from January of 2011 to January of 2014 with Gamma radiation and Ethyl Methanesulphonate. Chapter I introduces pulses, legumes and Fabaceae family specially Grasspea and its production scenario, economic significance, nutritional value and also about mutation breeding in pulses crops and mentioned plant. Chapter II reviews of literature including taxonomy of Grasspea. Chapter III deals with collection of seed material, mutagens which is used. Chapter IV is devoted to experimental observations during project. Chapter V dedicated to discussion about all results has been achieved. Chapter VI includes biochemical analysis of mineral, protein, chlorophyll and carbohydrates of Grasspea seeds after M4 generation harvesting. Chapter VII devoted to summery and conclusion and recommendation of author to genetic improvement of the present plant
