Chinese Medicine and Wilhelm Reich

| PRODUCT TYPE | Paperback (Paperback) |
Description
The first comprehensive comparative analysis of Chinese Medical and Reichian theories of life-force has uncovered nearly 60 significant parallels between the theories. Two areas of theoretical difference are also outlined. The comprehensive cross-over between the theories may indicate that the Chinese concept of Qi and Reich's concepts of Orgone are actually describing the same subtle force. Additionally a 72-person double blind placebo controlled experimental study was undertaken which confirmed an effect upon the acupuncture process when an adapted orgone energy accumulator was used during acupuncture treatments. This study was accepted as part of a Master's Thesis for the University of Wales.
