Issledovany osobennosti raspolozheniya antigennykh determinant apoV-100 v tsmLNP i LNP, modifitsirovannykh in vitro proteoliticheskimi, lipoliticheskimi, okislitel'nymi, desialiruyushchimi fermentami, a takzhe al'degidami endogennogo proiskhozhdeniya. Pokazano, chto modifikatsiya LNP perechislennymi vyshe agentami vyzyvaet assotsiatsiyu LNP. Vyyavleno ingibiruyushchee deystvie plyuronikov na assotsiatsiyu LNP; izucheno vliyanie struktury i svoystv plyuronikov na sposobnost' podavlyat' assotsiatsiyu LNP.
